Beginning at the Tidemills carpark, Carolyn led us up the Tide Mills road to the pedestrian railway crossing. From here we continued towards the seashore stopping along the way to read the information boards describing the old Tide Mills village.

Upon reaching the beach the path turns left and took us along the old disused railway line towards Seaford. At the beginning of Seaford promenade we stopped at the Seaford Yacht Club Cafe for refreshments. Continuing on, we turned inland past Bishopstone Station towards the Seaford - Newhaven road which took us back to our starting point. The Stroll relatively flat and a distance of about 1.5 Miles.
