It was not the best of days for a visit to Batemans, the weather was fairly dull and cloudy, nevertheless it didn't affect our photographic efforts inside Rudyard Kipling's house. Each of the rooms are furnished with plenty of items providing many photographic composition choices.
Outside in the gardens we were fortunate to see a surprising display of colourful Spring flowers and a wide range of architectural structures including the House , Mill as well as the pond, trees, bridge and statues.
We travelled around the site as a group which provided an interesting insight as to how different members saw and photographed the same scenes but in a different way.
