The Mass Observation Archive is an archive of everyday life, thought and feeling in Britain. 

This illustrated talk will chart the history of Mass Observation from its founding in 1937 to its role today as an active social research organisation and take you on a journey through all the quirks of it's work observing and recording everyday life.
